These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Lovelace's Square, including the public repository, submission flows, user accounts, dashboard, and community features (together, the Services).

Lovelace's Square is a platform for hosting, organizing, reviewing, discovering, and sharing chemometrics-related materials and related community interactions. Much of the material available through the Services is provided by users, not by Lovelace's Square itself.
Lovelace's Square may carry out editorial, quality, moderation, security, or administrative review, but it does not undertake a general duty to monitor all uploaded material and does not guarantee that any user submission is accurate, complete, lawful, safe, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
Where applicable law treats Lovelace's Square as a hosting or intermediary service for user-provided material, nothing in these Terms is intended to expand the platform's responsibility beyond what that law requires.
You remain solely responsible for the code, datasets, text, comments, links, metadata, licences, and other material that you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through the Services.
By submitting material to the Services, you represent and warrant that your submission and its hosting, review, publication, or distribution through the Services will not violate applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, data protection, publicity, or contractual rights.
